Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, take it up with the contractor first, and keep a written record of what is said.

Email contact@connectedkey.living and include:
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor, and reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle the matter, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
